Ways to Give Back to Your Community
Capital Campaign

Bethany outgrew its headquarters on 6th Avenue at a time when government and county leaders called on the agency to serve more families and individuals suffering from poverty, homelessness, mental illness, and other afflictions. We've moved to the Caxton Block building at 1701 River Drive in downtown Moline. It offers ample space for current staff and room for expansion.

Our goal is to secure $3 million in funding to retire the mortgage.

Hear From Our Clients
Classroom Lecture

Don was a very angry, loud, defiant, and verbally and physically abusive student who had significant issues in school and at home. Don was recommended to attend the BHASED Blackhawk Program, a special education placement for emotionally disordered youth who are dysregulated and have difficulty in a regular school placement. He started meeting with his case-manager daily if not two to ten times a day. Don started to improve his self-esteem and became motivated to change his behavior and attitude in all areas of his life.  Eventually, Don transferred out of BHASED and into another high school full-time after his success in the program.
