On Saturday, May 2, 2009, seven seniors from Assumption High School gathered in the lobby area of the Moline office at Bethany for Children & Families, with paint brushes in hand. Students chose to volunteer their painting services after touring the agency as part of their search for a community service project. It took one full day to apply two coats of paint onto the large walls of the Bethany entrance, a day when most seniors would be by the pool or out celebrating at graduation parties. The agency appreciates those students for taking time out of their busy schedules and assisting Bethany in making the Moline office entryway a brighter place!
